Deploying to your team
Each Mac needs its own activation code. As admin you generate and distribute these — the process is simple and takes a few minutes per user.
-
1
Add a member in the admin panelGive the seat a name (e.g. the employee's name or their Mac's hostname). You'll get a unique activation code.
-
2
Send the code to the userThey paste it into FruitConnect on first launch. The code binds to that Mac and cannot be reused on another device.
-
3
Revoke or reassign anytimeIf someone leaves or changes Mac, revoke their code from the admin panel. The app loses access within 60 minutes. You can then issue a new code for the replacement device.
If the internet goes down
FruitConnect caches the license locally. If it can't reach the license server, it continues operating normally for 7 days before reverting to Free. This covers normal outages and travel without any action needed from IT.
