macOS Gatekeeper blocks apps that aren't from the Mac App Store by default. To open FruitConnect for the first time:
You only need to do this once. On macOS 13 and later you can also go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway next to the FruitConnect entry.

Remote connection uses a one-time pairing process:

A few things that commonly help:
The free plan includes 15-minute sessions. To get unlimited sessions, upgrade to Pro or Organization.
Your admin will send you a personal activation code. Open FruitConnect on your Mac, go to the license section, and paste the code. Your Mac will be activated immediately — one code per Mac.
Each member of your organization gets their own activation code — one per Mac. If someone switches to a new Mac, your admin can revoke the old code and issue a new one.
FruitConnect validates your license online every 60 minutes. If it can't reach the server it will continue working for 7 days. After that it reverts to the free plan until it can reconnect.
Simply reconnect to the internet and relaunch FruitConnect — your license will be restored automatically.
